From vendor communication to timeline execution, we step in during the final weeks so you can fully enjoy your engagement and wedding day stress-free.

This package includes:

  • Complimentary consultation call

  • Timeline creation & management

  • Vendor communication & confirmations

  • Venue walkthrough

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Wedding day management

  • Up to 10 hours of onsite wedding day coverage

  • Lead coordinator + 1 assistant coordinator

  • Minimal décor setup (guest book, signage, favors, simple table accents, etc.)

  • Emergency wedding day kit

  • Unlimited communication beginning 8 weeks before wedding day

Starting price includes:

  • Up to 100 guests

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Vendor research & booking assistance

  • Timeline & logistics management

  • Design and aesthetic guidance

  • Venue walkthroughs

  • RSVP & guest management assistance

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Full wedding day coordination

  • Assistant coordinator included

  • Unlimited communication throughout planning process

Starting at $150 per hour

2-hour minimum required

Perfect for couples who need professional guidance in specific areas of the planning process without committing to full-service planning.

Custom planning support may include:

  • Wedding logistics guidance

Booking Details

  • A minimum of 2 hours is required at booking.

  • Hours may be used flexibly based on your planning needs.

  • Sessions must be scheduled in 1-hour increments.

  • All booked hours must be used within 12 months of purchase.
